Every consultant in BCN undertakes, on joining the network, to work to our Code of Practice. This code of practice enshrines best practice and reassures clients that they are working with somebody with integrity.
Quality underpinned by our Professional Development.
In addition to working to the code of practice, every consultant also works to our quality assurance process. We agree the job with you in writing before the project starts. During, and at the end of the project, the consultant would review with you whether the project objectives have been met to your satisfaction and the general quality of work. Your responses are then collated with other client responses so that we keep our performance under review. A third part of the system is that all consultants are members of peer groups who undertake professional development and peer group review.
