Project Review Record
Each consultant, in the process of their work, will deliver business services that clients value. It is important that this value is measured and critically commented on by the client. At the conclusion of a project BCN consultants use a Project Review Record (PPR) which clients are asked to complete. This critical feedback is then used by the consultant to assess their own delivery, the clients perceptions of the consultancy and the percieved benefits for the clients business.
